Purpose:

The Recruitment Committee is defined in Article XI, Section B.4 of the CCRC By-Laws as a standing committee for membership growth, supporting RPV Party Plan's emphasis on inclusive participation (Article I).

Purpose and Responsibilities

Recruitment: To actively recruit new members to the Clarke County Republican Party.

Expanded Duties: Identifies potential members through outreach, events, and data analysis. The Secretary serves as a de facto member to monitor and assist with committee member rolls, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with attendance rules (Article VII).

Onboarding: Educates new recruits on party processes and encourages involvement in committees.

Membership and Structure

Two members per precinct, appointed by the Unit Chairman, plus the Secretary.
Focus on diverse recruitment per RPV non-discrimination rules.

Reach out to the Unit Chairman or Secretary for appointment.

Bylaws:

There shall be a Recruitment Committee composed of two members, appointed by the Unit Chairman, from each Precinct. The purpose of this Committee shall be to actively recruit new members to the Clarke County Republican Party.
